Cheap yet effective skincare. A myth?

Hello ladies (and gents who are into skincare, I adore you!)

We all want luscious, dewy and model like skin don't we? well it seems a bit daunting when you look at the price tags of potential products. This myth that we have entailed in our minds that if skincare is expensive then its effective! Honey, trust me. That's not how it works. In many cases skincare products are affordable and they get the job done. It's about how well the ingredients blend together in the product and how well that blend of ingredients suit your skin. Its all about finding the right product. I hope you find something you like.

In this blog post I will be educating you guys about the products that are affordable, effective and yield results. Lets get started!

1. Cleanser - Cleansing your skin at least once daily is a basic skincare step. you cannot proceed without it. It cleanses your canvas for the better application of other skincare products. Investing in a good cleanser that works well for you skin type solves half the problem.
If you are someone who is in need of a deep but gentle cleanse, I highly recommend the :
Clean and clear deep action refreshing gel cleanser
Facewash, gel, oily skin, all skin types

2. Moisturizer - I have heard this from many people that oily skin doesn't need moisturizer. THAT'S false news my friend. Every skin type needs moisturizer be it oily, combination or dry. duh!
But for oily skin it is best if gel based moisturizers are used. namely :
Neutrogena hydro boost water gel with SPF 50
face Moisturizer, SPF50, Sunscreen protection, water base, non oily

3. Face mask - Think of face masks as source of goodness to your skin, and by goodness I mean, Hydration and brightness! Face masks have become a necessity as pollution in our environment keeps increasing. Also face masks are fun, come on now who wouldn't want to hangout with their gal pals in their lounge wear with a sheet mask on? Sign me up! For weekly detoxification use :
Detox and brighten charcoal clay mask
Clay mask, cleans pores, perfect for oily skin, deep cleanse, softskin

and if you're looking for something to help your dry skin use :
Mario badescue - Healing and soothing mask
Healing and soothing mask, perfect for dry skin, moisturizing, leaves a glow

4. Vitamin A/Retinoid - If you are someone who is concerned about aging and is looking a product that fights aging signs and gives a youthful glow, Then look no further my friend. I mean... yes look below :
The ordinary - granactive retinoid 2% in squalane
Anti aging serum no wrinkles and fine lines

Also when using retinoids it is very important to protect yourself from the UV rays of the sun and use as much SPF as possible.

Note: When pregnant or breastfeeding, it is recommended to avoid any skincare products containing retinoids such as formulations with Granactive Retinoid or Retinol.

That's all folks! I hope you learned a thing or two from this blog post because these products seem to work best for me and I am pretty sure if you give them a try, It'll work for you too and if they don't, Its nothing to worry about. Every skin type is different and what works for me may not work for you and vice - versa. Comment down below your queries/experience regarding these products.

Have a good day! and remember to let you skin breathe, Don't over do it.
